Akash Kumar is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor with advanced training in Yogic Science and 500-hour RYT certification from Rishikesh. He specialises in Mat & Reformer Pilates, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga, along with pranayama, meditation, mobility and functional movement. With experience across India and internationally, including Indonesia, Akash combines traditional yoga practices with modern movement training to develop personalised programs focused on strength, mobility, posture and mind-body wellbeing.

Dr. Deeksha Sharma is a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic practitioner specialising in Ayurvedic consultation, Panchakarma therapy planning and supervision, lifestyle counselling and preventive wellness care. Her clinical focus includes weight management, digestive health, pain and musculoskeletal care, stress and sleep management, lifestyle disorders and women's health, with an emphasis on personalised assessment, treatment planning and long-term lifestyle support.

Rupesh Panwar is a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Practitioner trained in traditional and dynamic yoga practices, with teaching experience in Rishikesh across group, personalised and online sessions. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Yoga and has completed YTTC 200, Pilates and Panchakarma training. His practice includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, alongside Pranayama, Meditation, Therapeutic Yoga, mobility, alignment and specialised practices such as Rope, Aerial and Chair Yoga. His approach combines traditional yogic principles with mindful movement and individualised guidance.

Harish Chander is a certified Yoga and Wellness Instructor with training in Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. He also brings experience in fitness, breathwork, aerial yoga and sound healing. With experience across yoga studios, wellness centres and hospitality, including Heal Ayurveda Therapy Chandigarh and The Lalit Chandigarh, Harish combines traditional yoga practices with movement and fitness to create accessible, personalised sessions focused on strength, mobility, breath and overall wellbeing.

Pragati Singh brings extensive experience in traditional and classical Yoga, with seven years of formal training at Shrimad Maharshi Kanya Gurukul. Her practice encompasses Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra Yoga and traditional yogic techniques, with a focus on the connection between breath, movement, attention and wellbeing. With extensive teaching experience across schools and individual practice, Pragati specialises in women’s wellness, prenatal and postnatal Yoga, adapting practices to different stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Her approach focuses on safe movement, strength, mobility, breathing, relaxation and body awareness.
